Book a free discovery callCoaching is a semi-structured conversation where you bring a topic you'd like to explore or change. It doesn't need to be fully formed - sometimes it's just a tangle of thoughts you haven't had space to unpick.
It's different from therapy or mentoring - my role isn't to analyse the past or tell you what to do, but to help you gain clarity and find your own direction through questioning and reflection.
Most people find they already hold more insight than they realise. Sometimes you just need the right space to hear it.
People come to coaching for many different reasons. Sometimes it's about navigating a transition or making an important decision. Other times it's about getting momentum on something that has been stuck.
Common themes are:
I create a warm, calm, and spacious environment where you can think out loud without being rushed, advised, or steered.
My style blends:
Creating a calm, unhurried space.
Spotting patterns, assumptions, and what's driving them.
Asking thoughtful questions that open new perspectives.
Noticing shifts in energy, tone, and presence.
A methodical, structured lens that keeps the conversation purposeful.
I believe most people already have the answers, they just need focused time and the right conditions to hear them clearly. When that happens, something tends to shift. The clarity helps create momentum and action follows from there.
I'm an analytical and reflective person with a long-standing interest in the stories we tell ourselves and how they shape our lives. When I was part of an internal coaching programme during my time leading a finance team, it opened up a world I found fascinating and scratched an itch I hadn't realised was so ready to be scratched. Witnessing someone arrive with a knotted problem and leave with real clarity, and feeling that shift in the room, felt like a privilege.
I take my own development seriously, and I'm drawn to practices like mindfulness, non-violent communication, and embodiment. Time spent living in different cultures has also deepened my curiosity about how our norms shape the way we see the world. I'm a lifelong learner, and what I discover about myself continually informs how I am as a coach.
I bring both my left brain - analytical and logical - with my right brain - curious and intuitive - to each session, creating a blended approach that I have found works well.

Very safe, supportive atmosphere - very helpful contracting up front.- Adam R
